I was born and raised in South of France with my lovely parents originally from Vietnam and Spain and my three brothers.
Parents and grandparents, all of them, have been travelling a lot throughout their life. Listening about their stories from my childhood gave me a profound desire to explore the world.
In 2018 I travelled to Mysore, India, where I began my yoga journey with a 200hrs Vinyasa teacher training.
I understand that a new life and a different manner to see things is offering to me. I decide then to dedicate more time to explore myself throughout various practices.
My teaching and yoga practice have been influenced by my fitness/ Pilates training as well as my teachers around the world.
It is a gentle and traditional style of practice combined with the knowledge of body movement, the like of precision and the Love of sharing.
