Emmanuelle and Bryan, two qualified sports coaches, specializing respectively in yoga and nutrition, share their world with you for a morning in the heart of nature in the idyllic setting of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez.
🍃 Program:
8:30 a.m.: meeting at La Croix Valmer, Gigaro beach in front of the Pépé restaurant.
8:45 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.: yoga class with Emmanuelle, gentle awakening to connect with your body and your breathing (classes for all levels).
